Damaged in Transit

For any packages damaged in transit, please reach out to us as soon as possible at Pepperell.Bees.com. Please be sure to attach pictures of damaged item(s). We will open a trace with the courier immediately. If the product cannot be consumed, we will process a replacement once the trace is complete.


Lost in Transit

For any packages lost in transit, please reach out to us as soon as possible Pepperell.Bees@gmail.com. We will open a trace with the courier immediately. We will process a replacement as soon as the courier has completed their trace and deemed the package lost.

Any consumable item is considered final sale. All other items, if deemed defective, subject to the our discretion.
